Patricia Chapman

TDCSS welcomed Patricia Chapman as a Board member in January 2009

She is a retired pharmacist and has a long history of providing support and advice to the Choices Community Living Programs and Northwest Addictions.

Her volunteer affiliations have inlcuded: Seniors Outreach Committee, Terrace Music Festival, Northern Healthcare Long Term Care Program, Chronic Disease Management Committee and Terrace Library Board Trustee

She joined the TDCSS Board because of her interest in long term care
