Services are available in a number of facilities. People receive support with daily living, goal setting, self awareness, community access, and developing healthier lifestyles.
- Davis home serves 5 people
- Cluster Apartment program serves 4 individuals.
- Crescentview home serves 2 adults.
- Graham home serves 5 residents.
- Tuck home serves two people.
- Eby family care home serves 2 individuals.
TDCSS Community Living - Community Based Support Services
TDCSS Community Living staff members support individuals who live in their own homes, with families or in homeshare placements. Community Living staff members provide support to aide individuals in reaching goals set by the individual with their support team. Commonly, people are assisted with daily living skills, volunteer and paid employment support, financial assistance and accessing community resources. People are also supported to strengthen existing skills and learn new skills areas such as anger management, assertive communication, personal safety, socialization , and developing healthier lifestyles.
- Residential Support Services (RSP) serves 29 adults.
- Self Help services supports approx. 8 adults
- VIP services supports 9 individuals
- I & I (integration and inclusion services) provides support to 25 individuals some of whom reside in facilities listed above
- Brain Injury Program serves approx. 5 adults
The majority of the people we provide service to are referred to and funded by Community Living British Columbia (CLBC); however, this service may also be purchased by any person or organization at a unit fee.
