When I try to send an email to all the staff I get an error message “Could not perform this operation because the default mail client is not properly installed” How can I send an email message to all staff.
When the list of staff gets to long it creates a problem for emailing from the website. To resolve this problem the website will copy the email addresses to the clipboard so that you can still email them if you open your email program yourself and paste the addresses into the To field (the website provides instructions when this happens).

Addiction Services
What is the difference between detox and residential treatment?
Detox is for individuals undergoing physical withdrawal. It provides medical support in a hospital setting during the process of withdrawing from drugs and alcohol. It also provides a safe and stable place for people whose normal environment might hinder withdrawal. The detox process usually takes place over three to five days.
Residential treatment is for individuals who have been clean and sober for at least two weeks. It provides an in-depth look at the issues caused by addiction and addresses relapse prevention. The treatment process usually takes place over a month.
What is the difference between outpatient and residential treatment?
While in outpatient treatment, clients are assigned a counsellor with whom they participate in one-on-one counselling sessions about once a week.
While in residential treatment, clients live in a residential treatment centre where they participate in constant and in-depth treatment over the period of a month.
