TDCSS Meal Centre, Homeless Outreach:
Background
On March 01, 2018 TDCSS moved and expanded its Soup Kitchen/Community Connections progam in order to better serve the needs of the members of our community. At our new facilities, you will find: relief from the cold, a safe place to meet with others, washroom facilities, a bowl of hot soup when available, and a cup of coffee. There is also community connection support to help participants engage the community and find employment opportunities.
Volunteers donated their time to address needs as they became apparent.
Food Share, Warm coats, clothing, blankets, and other items are provided as available.
